Bianca's Pots & Pans

The brief. Bianca bakes everything to order in her registered home bakery in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro (San Roque, Cádiz), close to Sotogrande: slow-fermented sourdough, ciabatta, pretzel buns and pastries. She needed a website that feels as handmade as her bread, and one that takes orders for her, so she can spend her time baking instead of answering messages.

What we built. A full online shop where customers browse by category and dietary filter, see the allergens on every product, add items to the basket and order for their bake day. A live countdown shows how long is left to order before the next bake-day cut-off. A markets page lists the farmers’ markets Bianca attends, a journal holds recipes and baking notes, and the home page shows verified customer reviews and links to her Instagram and Facebook. Customers can log in to an account or reach Bianca on WhatsApp, and the whole site works in Spanish and English.

Details that matter. Every product card shows its allergens and the product pages describe the ingredients, so customers can check before they order. The shop is organised by category, from the classics to savoury treats and sweets, and the next bake day and its order deadline are visible before anyone fills a basket. The home page also carries a short note from Bianca and her latest bakes from Instagram, which keeps the site personal rather than corporate.

How we delivered it.
